Fresh strawberries make this fruity cocktail the perfect drink Spring get-togethers. Anything strawberry is fantastic with Bonterra’s Estate Sauvignon Blanc, and this recipe is no exception.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups strawberries
- Juice of 2 limes
- Your favorite soda water
- Bonterra Estate Sauvignon Blanc
- Simple syrup
- Pretty herbs or sliced strawberries for garnish
Recipe:
Blend the strawberries with the lime juice, pour over ice in your serving glass, and top with a generous glug of your favorite soda water and Bonterra Estate Sauvignon Blanc. (Measure with your heart.) Add some simple syrup for some extra sweetness, or not, and stir it up. Top with the garnish and enjoy!
