Ingredients:
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 heads Romaine Lettuce
- Salt & Pepper
- 1cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 cup Ranch Dressing for drizzling
Directions:
- Cut each romaine head in half lengthwise and lightly brush with a little oil if desired. Season with salt and pepper, then place the romaine cut-side down on a hot grill for about 2 to 3 minutes, just until lightly charred and wilted.
- Remove from the grill and arrange on a platter. Top with quartered cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Finish with a generous drizzle of ranch dressing and an extra pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
