Smoky, fresh, and perfect for warm-weather gatherings, this grilled romaine salad brings a bright, crowd-pleasing crunch to any outdoor celebration.

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 heads Romaine Lettuce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1cup Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Ranch Dressing for drizzling

 

Directions:

  1. Cut each romaine head in half lengthwise and lightly brush with a little oil if desired. Season with salt and pepper, then place the romaine cut-side down on a hot grill for about 2 to 3 minutes, just until lightly charred and wilted.
  2. Remove from the grill and arrange on a platter. Top with quartered cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Finish with a generous drizzle of ranch dressing and an extra pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature as a smoky, fresh twist on a classic salad.
