Tis the season! With Fuji and Honeycrisp Apples on sale this week we’re especially loving these Cranberry Apple Crostini.

Ingredients

1 Baguette

8oz Brie Cheese

2 Fuji or Honeycrisp Apples

3/4 Cup Cranberry Chutney

1 Rosemary Sprig

1/2 Cup Pecans

Steps

Slice baguette on a diagonal about ½ in. thick and toast until golden brown. Remove from toaster and top each slice evenly with brie cheese. Allow to melt slightly on the counter.

Slice apples thinly. Top each crostini with two apple slices, and a teaspoon of cranberry chutney. Add pecans and rosemary sprigs. Enjoy!
