For the absolute best of a classic, everything-you-expect grilled steak, you simply can’t beat the Certified Piedmontese Grass-Fed New York Strip Steak!

Ingredients:

4 (12 oz) New York Strip Steaks

2 tbsps Olive Oil

2 tsps Kosher Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

5 Rosemary Sprigs

6 Thyme Sprigs

3 Sage Sprigs

¼ cup Salted Butter

2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped

Steps:

Preheat grill on high. Place steaks on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and let stand at room temp for 20 min.

Heat a small skillet over medium-low and add the butter. Once melted, add garlic and cook, stirring often, for about one minute. Remove from heat. Bundle the rosemary, thyme, and sage with twine.

Place steaks on oiled grates, and grill, uncovered, for about 6 minutes. Brush steaks often with garlic butter, using herb bundle as a brush. Turn steaks over, and grill, uncovered for about 5-6 min, until the internal temp reaches 140°F.

Transfer steaks to a cutting board and let rest for 5-10 min. Enjoy!
