If there ever was a way to enjoy pancakes, this is it!

Ingredients

2 cups Flour

4 tbsps Sugar

4 tsps Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

1.5 cups Milk

4 tbsps melted Butter

2 tsps Vanilla Extract

2 Eggs

Strawberries, sliced

Steps

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add the milk, slightly melted butter, vanilla and egg.

Using a wire whisk, mix the ingredients until smooth and lump free. Let sit for 5 min.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Lightly grease with a little butter or cooking oil.

Pour pancake batter into a squeezable bottle or ziplock bag with a tiny hole at the corner.

Squeeze small dots of batter onto the pan, cooking until the tops form bubbles and look set. Flip with a spatula and cook until golden brown, approximately 1-2 minutes.  Repeat with remaining batter, lightly greasing your pan between each batch.

Serve with strawberries, butter, maple syrup. Enjoy!
