This simple salad showcases ripe summer produce and couldn’t be easier to make!

 

INGREDIENTS

3 Heirloom Tomatoes

½ tsp Salt

1 lb Fresh BelGioioso Mozzarella

Fresh ground Black Pepper

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Fresh Basil

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut each tomato into ¼ inch slices. Arrange on a serving platter, alternating each slice with the mozzarella and basil leaves. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with extra sprigs of fresh basil. Enjoy!
