A delicious Chai Tea recipe made with whole spices! Perfect for autumn.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1⁄2 cups water
  • 1⁄2 cup milk (2% or greater fat content preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 1⁄4 inch piece fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons black tea

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients except black tea in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  2. Add tea and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Strain, serve, and enjoy!
